The rules of sex and dating are different in every country with one exception - "If you have sex in a foreign country it doesn't count." But everything else is fair game. So when my foreign friends ask me a question about dating stateside, I'm stumped. (Names will be changed to protect the innocent, but mostly the drunk and stupid)

I met a hot boy at [Insert Bar Name], didn't sleep with him, and he just called me!! Is this dating?
